Booking Policies
- A non refundable deposit of $25 per room per night will be charged at time of booking, and will be credited on the final bill.
- Once a Reservation Confirmation has been issued, any changes must be made by contacting the Innkeeper directly.
- Cancellations for any reservation dates between May 1 and October 31, and reservations for New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day, require 14 days notice to avoid full charges.
- Cancellations for any other reservation dates between November 1 and April 30 require 7 days notice to avoid full charges.
- Credit/Debit card payments are subject to 3% processing fees.
- The Inn reserves the right to cancel or refuse a reservation if incomplete or misleading information is provided at time of booking.
Please Note:
* Smoking/Vaping and lit candles are prohibited inside The Inn. Innkeeper reserves the right to enter rooms in which evidence of a fire or safety hazard has been detected.
* Firearms, fireworks, flammable liquids, dangerous substances, and illegal narcotics are not permitted anywhere on the property.
