Do you have on-site staff?

Yes. Your Innkeepers live on site and are always ready to respond to any needs that arise.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards and cash.

Does the inn provide public restrooms or changing rooms?

Sorry, there are no public restrooms or changing areas.

Is on-site parking available?

The Inn At The Shore is located on the corner of 4th Ave. and B Street in a quiet residential neighborhood, with plenty of free street parking.

Is free Wi-Fi available?

Yes.

Is the hotel wheelchair-friendly?

Sorry, there is no elevator, and all guestrooms are located on the second floor.

Are you a pet-friendly place to stay?

Sorry, we cannot accommodate animals.

Do you allow children?

Yes, aged 13 or older.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guaranteed check-in time is 3:00pm. We do offer a 1:00pm check-in time with prior arrangement, with a $45 fee. Check-out time is 11:00am With prior arrangement, a 1:00pm check-out is available with a $45 fee. Early check-in and late check-out arrangements must be made directly with Innkeepers in advance.

Are meals included?

We include a full made-to-order breakfast for all registered guests between 8am and 10:00am daily.

Do you have Jacuzzi tubs, jetted tubs, or hot tubs?

Our Lake Como room and Dolphin's Cove room feature Jacuzzi spa tubs.

Are you located within walking distance to downtown?

We are located just four blocks from Belmar's Main Street, where you'll find a delightful selection of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Yes. Our concept of made-to-order cooking allows us to be as flexible as needed with ingredients and preparation. Gluten- and lactose-free diets, and vegan or vegetarian needs are easily accommodated, and we are careful about cross-contamination.

Is daily housekeeping provided?

We do not enter occupied guest rooms unless we're asked, but we're always ready to provide extra towels or other amenities as needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full charges will apply to cancellations received with less than 1-week notice from November 1 through April 30. A 2-week notice of cancellation is required from May 1 through October 31. Full inn rentals require a 30-day cancellation notice.

Is an Advance Deposit required?

We require a nonrefundable deposit of $25 per room per night at time of booking.
